Release stage
INFRO is in private early access. The gateway is deployed at api.infro.io and our team opens each account. There is no published uptime history or incident log yet, because neither has been measured over a long enough window to report honestly. This page will show measured figures, with their window and timestamp, once they exist.
What the check covers
- Whether the gateway Worker answers, and whether it reaches its database.
- The round trip from your browser, which includes your own network.
What it does not cover
- Your provider accounts. A request can still fail at OpenAI, Anthropic or any provider you connect; the request log names the provider and the attempt that failed.
- Uptime history. No external monitor has collected a measurement window yet, so no uptime percentage is published.
- An SLA. Self-serve plans carry none; an enterprise agreement can.
