About the role
Companies evaluate INFRO with a specific question: can it route, observe, budget and govern the AI traffic they already run, without taking over their provider contracts? You will answer that question technically and honestly, including when the answer is no.
You will work with platform, engineering, security and finance teams from first call through production rollout.
What you will do
- Run technical discovery and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Scope and support evaluations: connecting provider accounts, setting up routes, budgets and keys, and sending real traffic.
- Answer security, architecture and data-handling questions, and complete security questionnaires with the security team.
- Bring customer requirements back to product and engineering with enough detail to act on.
- Build reusable evaluation guides and reference architectures.
What you will bring
- 3+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or customer-facing software engineer for a technical B2B product.
- Hands-on familiarity with APIs, HTTP and at least one of TypeScript or Python.
- Working knowledge of LLM providers and how production applications call them.
- Excellent written and spoken communication with both engineers and non-technical buyers.
Nice to have
- Experience selling API gateways, observability, cloud cost or security products.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and security reviews.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
