This policy describes how INFRO (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our website and API gateway.
What we collect
- Account data. Email address, name, and billing details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage metadata. Per-request metadata required for billing and abuse prevention: timestamps, model, token counts, latency, and status codes.
- Request content. Prompts and completions are processed to serve your request and are retained briefly for debugging unless you enable zero-logging mode, in which case content is never written to disk.
What we never do
- We do not train models on your prompts or completions.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not send your content to any provider other than the one serving your request.
Upstream providers
Requests are fulfilled by upstream model providers under our data processing agreements. You can restrict routing to specific regions or providers per key when compliance requires it.
Data retention
Usage metadata is retained for as long as your account is active for billing and analytics. Request content, when logged, is retained for a maximum of 30 days and can be reduced to zero with zero-logging mode.
