01 Send what you have
A provider usage export, an invoice, or a rough breakdown typed into the box. Whatever is easy — we would rather have approximate numbers this week than exact ones next quarter.
02 We price the same workload
Model by model, at the rates published on this site, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it rather than trust it.
03 You get the number and the caveats
Where we are cheaper, by how much, and where we are not. If a workload is already well priced, the honest answer is to leave it where it is, and that is what you will get.
What we will tell you
- Which models dominate your spend, and what the same calls cost here
- Where a cheaper model of the same class would change the number
- Which of your workloads we would not move, and why
- What the migration would actually involve for each one
What we will not do
- Quote a savings percentage before reading your numbers
- Sell your data, or add you to a mailing list
- Claim a model is the same when it is a different model
- Keep your usage export after the audit — say the word and it is deleted
