These terms are an agreement between you and Eslam Osama Mohamed, an individual based in Egypt and trading as INFRO (“INFRO”, “we”, or “us”). They govern your use of the INFRO website, console, and API gateway. By creating an account, buying access, or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use INFRO for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and that “you” includes that organisation.
The service
INFRO provides a software service and unified API gateway that routes requests to third-party and self-hosted AI model providers. Features and deliverables are described on the pricing page, model catalog, and documentation. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or distributing it.
Accounts and API keys
Keep account credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including use by your staff and applications. Set appropriate spend limits and notify support@infro.io immediately if a key or account may be compromised. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Pricing, orders, and payment
Platform access is sold as a monthly or annual software subscription in US dollars. The pricing page describes each plan, its request allowance and features. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year in advance. The amount, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Model usage is billed separately by your own providers.
The payment provider and, where applicable, the merchant of record are named at checkout, on your receipt, and in the billing console. Where that provider acts as merchant of record, your order is conducted through it as our authorised reseller: it collects payment, applies transaction taxes, and handles receipts, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks under its own buyer terms. You buy the product from that provider while INFRO remains responsible for providing and supporting it. Card details are entered on the provider's hosted checkout and never reach INFRO.
You may not use a payment method without the account holder's permission. You authorise the plan price shown at checkout and each renewal of it at the interval you selected, until the subscription is cancelled. Cancel at any time from the billing console.
Trials
Each plan offers a 14-day trial, and starting one requires a payment card at checkout. Each person is eligible for one trial across all organizations; someone who has already had one is charged when they complete checkout. A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically: by starting a trial you authorise a charge at the end of day 14 for the plan and billing interval selected at that moment, and each renewal after it, until cancelled. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and access continues until the trial end date. If that charge fails, access continues for three days; after that access is suspended and the subscription ends, and no charge is taken for time without access.
Plan changes
Plan changes are made in the billing console. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged as a prorated amount at that time. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund or credit for the current period. A plan change during a trial keeps the remaining trial days, and the plan selected when the trial ends is charged.
What we charge you for, and what we do not
INFRO charges a subscription for access to the platform. It does not charge you for model usage and takes no share of it. Requests you send are served through AI provider accounts that you connect and that remain yours: your contract for that inference is with the provider, they invoice you directly on their own terms, and INFRO is not a party to it. Nothing you owe a provider appears on a INFRO invoice, and nothing you pay INFRO is credit against model usage.
Cost figures shown in the console are estimates of what your provider will bill, computed from the rate you have entered or the vendor's published rate. They are provided for planning and attribution. Your provider's own invoice is authoritative.
Delivery
INFRO is currently in private early access. Access is arranged through early access; self-serve purchasing is not generally open. These subscription terms apply when checkout is enabled for your account.
INFRO is a digital service with nothing to ship. Access to the plan you purchased begins as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes, and is visible in the billing console. If a confirmed payment has not activated a plan within 24 hours, contact accounts@infro.io with the receipt and we will trace it.
Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Cancelling during a trial means nothing is charged. A paid subscription runs to the end of the period it paid for and the unused remainder is not prorated on cancellation, except as that policy provides. Downgrades are not refunded or credited. We correct verified duplicate or incorrect charges, refund renewals taken after a cancellation, and refund or credit a period materially affected by a verified platform defect. Mandatory consumer rights and the merchant of record's buyer protections always apply. Refunds for model usage are a matter between you and your provider.
Your content and our software
You retain all rights you hold in prompts, inputs, and outputs. You grant us the limited rights needed to transmit, process, and, only when you enable content logging, store that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to send it.
We and our licensors retain all rights in INFRO, including its software, APIs, documentation, design, and trademarks. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or product operations. This does not permit reselling the raw INFRO API, copying the service, or bypassing technical restrictions.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms. You must also follow the applicable policies of upstream providers. We may refuse a request, restrict a capability, or suspend activity needed to address abuse, security risk, law, or an upstream provider requirement.
Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and website data. If you process personal data through the API, the data processing agreement applies and takes precedence on personal-data matters. It incorporates the subprocessor list.
Third-party services
The service depends on model providers, infrastructure vendors, and payment providers. Their availability and lawful-use rules can affect the service. We remain responsible for our obligations to you, but cannot promise that every model or route will remain available indefinitely.
Suspension, termination, and account closure
You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, payment abuse, a serious security threat, or where law or an upstream provider requires it. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. An active subscription remains subject to the refund and acceptable-use policies. Terminating your INFRO account does not affect the provider accounts you connected — those are yours, and your credentials are deleted from our systems rather than revoked at the provider.
Availability and changes to the service
We engineer for high availability with multi-provider failover, but self-serve service has no guaranteed service-level agreement. Enterprise commitments apply only when written in a separate signed agreement. We may change or discontinue features; material changes that adversely affect active customers receive reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy, legality, or fitness of model output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, and they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact support@infro.io and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. The courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere. Where a purchase was made through a merchant of record, that transaction also remains subject to the provider's own buyer terms for the payment and merchant-of-record relationship.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless law, security, or an upstream requirement makes faster action necessary. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
