Provider Program terms

Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2026-10-12

These terms apply between Eslam Osama Mohamed, trading as INFRO (“INFRO”, “we”), and a company that applies to or takes part in the INFRO Provider Program (“the provider”, “you”). They are accepted when an application is submitted, by the person submitting it on the company’s behalf. They are written to be read, and they describe the program as it works; they do not change the terms under which INFRO’s customers use INFRO.

1. No money changes hands

There is no fee to join the program, no revenue share, no referral or affiliate payment on any customer’s usage in either direction, and no paid placement. Nothing in the program is priced, and nothing in it is bought.

2. Neutral routing

Being in the program never changes routing, failover order, catalog data, cost estimates, findings or recommendations. A customer’s requests go where that customer’s own configuration sends them.

3. The customer’s account

Customers connect their own account with the provider and pay the provider directly, under their own agreement with the provider. INFRO never resells the provider’s API and never holds a customer’s account with the provider.

4. Test access

Test access is a test API key with a usage allowance (and, when the provider offers one, an invitation for integrations@infro.io to a workspace on its side), sent through the provider’s private program page and never by email. We use it only to build, verify and monitor the integration. We store the test key sealed with AES-256-GCM, the same envelope that protects customer credentials, and never share it. We destroy it when the application is declined or withdrawn, when the provider asks (the private page has a button for it), or when the integration is removed.

5. Verification

An integration starts as a preview, connectable outside production, and is offered in production after it passes INFRO’s verification suite against the provider’s live API. The INFRO Verified mark shows the date of the last passing run. It is never sold, and never granted any other way.

6. Notice

The provider tells INFRO about breaking API changes, model retirements and incidents, through its private program page, giving 30 days’ notice of a retirement where it can. INFRO relays notices to the customers who use the provider through INFRO.

7. Marks

The provider may use the Connect to INFRO button and the Available on INFRO badge as supplied on the brand kit page, linking to its own page on infro.io. INFRO may use the provider’s name and logo to identify the integration. Neither use implies endorsement, a partnership beyond the program, or that INFRO resells the provider’s API.

8. Figures

INFRO may share aggregate program figures with the provider: the number of organizations with a connection to the provider, requests served, visits to the provider’s Connect page and sign-ups that started there. A figure is withheld when it would describe fewer than 5 organizations. No customer’s identity is shared without that customer’s consent.

9. Selection and exit

INFRO may decline an application or end an integration. Either side may leave the program with 30 days’ notice. Customers are told before an integration is removed.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version gets a new effective date on this page, and we write to the providers in the program about it.

Questions

Write to integrations@infro.io. How we handle the details an application contains is in the privacy policy.
